Complete electric and mechanic overhaul; optimization of performance data.
Execution:
Establishing a new control system and upgrading the hydraulic drive to servo drive / Geometric overhaul of the saddles, headstocks and the machine bed / Increasing the grinding disk speed (from 3.000 to 6.000 1/min) / Developing the grinding programs as well as an optimized operating concept in technical cooperation with the customer / Remote maintenance.
